Year 3 have been diving deep into Religious Studies this week, exploring how personal faith has the power to change history. The children have been focusing on the life of Mother Teresa, looking closely at how her deep beliefs transformed her from a young teacher into a globally recognised symbol of compassion.

Through their lessons, the pupils investigated how her faith gave her the courage to leave her comfortable life behind to serve the poorest communities in Calcutta. The class had some fantastic discussions about how inner convictions can drive people to make a lasting difference in the world, prompting the children to reflect on their own values and how they can show kindness in their daily lives.
