This week, Reception stepped into a world of sparkles and sizzles as we explored all about Bonfire Night! After sharing our own memories of watching fireworks light up the night sky, we watched a video to see the brilliant displays and bonfires in action. We had important discussions on how to stay safe around fire and fireworks, ensuring everyone knows how to keep extra safe while celebrating. Finally, in our creative area the children designed their own spectacular firework artwork using chalk, felt tip pens, sticks, glitter, and sparkling sequins!
