International School Meals Day
This year is the tenth anniversary of International School Meals Day, and the theme is ‘Celebrating School Meals’ – sharing ideas, stories and experiences of the past, present and future. We are delighted to be supporting this special day; we will be celebrating in school with a special menu and a competition for both the pupil and the school to have a chance of winning. Join the gang on our Tangerine Time-Machine as we hop into the Past, Present and Future - exploring the foods of yesteryear, what we love today, to the future of our food. Lucky Plate Thursday!
Don't forget we are running 'Lucky plate Thursday'. The kitchen will be serving our favourite menu alongside this: Home made Cheese and tomato pizza served with wedges and sweetcorn and Burger on a bun served with wedges and sweetcorn.
Mellors Smoothie Bike
Mellors Smoothie Bike will be visiting Reception, Y1, Y2 and Y3 on Tuesday 24th May. We are very excited about this, the children always have a great time and receive a tasty treat at the end of it!
Free Summer Lunch Scheme
The free Summer Lunch scheme is running throughout August. You can collect a free school lunch from any of the Children’s Centres listed.
Festive Christmas Lunch
All children are welcome to have a christmas dinner today. There is the meat or vegetarian option. The cost of this lunch is £2.40 paid via parentpay (there will be no fee for free school meal children) - more information to follow.
